ok, i have a new piece in the "original archive gallery", it's an illustration about marginal words called "outside the lines". also i have a bunch more pieces in the "buy now original gallery", they'll be available very soon. i got a couple posters re-scanned as well...a 'cave in' which is in the 2001 poster gallery, and an 'alabama thunderpussy' that's in the 2000 poster gallery.

??just got back walking jose downtown on our usual rounds...and there's this terrible stench in the air, then i see it, steeler fans walking around polluting up my city. you know...i've always found it incredibly disrespectful for a visiting team's fans to come to the home team's city and wear their city's colors. personally i would never do that if i went to honey boo boo land, it's common respect for someone else's home...anyway, it's always fun on the walk to run into the hillbillies in yellow and black and not say hi to them...ah the little things in life ;)

punky meadows said he like my art...you don't even know how cool that is for me. angel in 1978 was one of those huge impression making concerts on a 13 year old, me being that 13 year old. would i be the person i am today had i not gone to that show? i don't know. i do know i talk about it to this day and it did help shape my artwork at the time...which means my art work grew through an angel concert, so yeah, maybe i would be a different person had i not been allowed to go to a sold out cleveland public hall that night to see angel, the babys, and the godz. me and my friend eddy babson (RIP) were in line to get in and the godz stated to play..people freaked out and kicked a chained shut door open and the mob raced in....me and eddy looked at each other and went with the flow...and the tone was set.




and i still have my ticket stub, een though it went through the wash...also still have the concert advertisement from the scene magazine.
