for the birds

so i'm walking jose around the browns stadium this morning (we do that walk 3 to 5 times a week), when we get to the north side, jose always wants to walk on the other side of the street because there's more bushes and trees. so we cross and he starts with the sniffing in the bushes when all of a sudden out comes this chicken with jose running behind it.... a chicken, who dumps a chicken at browns stadium? anyway i call jose off and the chicken runs off to another bush. jose then runs to another bush and there's a seagull sitting under it. the seagull i've seen down there before about a month ago, it has a bad wing, so i call jose off of him too. i would have tried to catch the gull when i first saw it last month but it could still get partially air born. today the bird was much weaker and could only get away a few feet. so i snatched it up and took him out to the lake erie science center, they rehab wildlife, i took the last gull i found this winter out there too, i think it was february......so that's my bird story for today. if anyone wants a chicken, there's a perfectly good one on the north side of cleveland browns stadium living in the bushes.
